The purpose of this course is to reduce the frequency, the intensity and the negative impact that conflict creates in our life. The more capable we are of successfully dealing with conflict, the more confidence we will have. This confidence translates into a willingness to face the issues, rather than fearing or avoiding them.

Avoiding or fearing conflict can be a major source of stagnation in our lives. Those who successfully navigate the inevitable conflicts will be able to grow and prosper.
