The more capable we are of successfully dealing with conflict, the more confidence we will have. This confidence translates into a willingness to face the issues, rather than fearing or avoiding them.

Avoiding or fearing conflict can be a major source of stagnation in our lives. Those who successfully navigate the inevitable conflicts will be able to grow and prosper.
