When used effectively, goals can be an extraordinary tool. However many people unknowingly use them to set themselves up for failure, while others create a list of “shoulds” and mislabel them as their goals. When goals are misused, they can be counter-productive and even create negative consequences that impact our lives. In “Goal Setting” we will examine the role you play in setting goals that work for you. If your goals are in line with who you are and what you really want, they will create focus and guide your behavior and daily choices.

When you take “Goal Setting”, you will learn how to:
  • Identify your core values and create a clear purpose that represents what you are passionate about
  • Create and plan out effective goals which are in alignment with your mission
With the insight of experienced trainers, you will learn how to:
  • Identify what gets in the way of you not accomplishing your goals
  • Re-connect with your dreams and live your life the way you want
