Living in Appreciation

The roots of all goodness in the soil of appreciation - Dalai Lama

This workshop is especially recommended for the following life stages:

Dealing with Aging and Death Getting Married Redefining Roles and the future Retirement

Many of us feel caught in the rat race; that ever spinning hamster wheel to get more, achieve more, have more. And whether you spin on that wheel from fear of “what if I stop” or you continually sprint just to find out how far you can go, most of us feel a nagging dissatisfaction that never gets satiated.

It is a learn-able skill to appreciate what you’ve created and how far you’ve come while also maintaining a healthy desire for more. It is understood that if you wake up each day with genuine gratitude, your ability to positively impact the world around you increases dramatically and life takes on a brighter hew. Join our Living in Appreciation Year Long and gain an inner strength that enables you to be and do more while also savoring every moment.

Your Very Own Taj Mahal

Every dream begins with a willingness and longing to disrupt the way it is now. It is typical that when tragedy strikes our emotions flare and we are motivated to take action to alleviate the pain and upset we see around us. This is a marvel of the empathetic human organism and we believe...

A Dark Night of The Soul

It’s been a season of extraordinary disasters. Hurricanes paired with massive earthquakes and wildfires have left a wake of death, destruction, and an unforeseeable future while racial and political divisions threaten our sense of safety. Many people are also going through personal catastrophes … job loss, death, another relationship failure. Between what’s on...

Another...
