This workshop is especially recommended for the following life stages:

Dealing with Aging and Death Getting Married Redefining Roles and the future Retirement

Many of us feel caught in the rat race; that ever spinning hamster wheel to get more, achieve more, have more. And whether you spin on that wheel from fear of “what if I stop” or you continually sprint just to find out how far you can go, most of us feel a nagging dissatisfaction that never gets satiated.

It is a learn-able skill to appreciate what you’ve created and how far you’ve come while also maintaining a healthy desire for more. It is understood that if you wake up each day with genuine gratitude, your ability to positively impact the world around you increases dramatically and life takes on a brighter hew. Join our Living in Appreciation Year Long and gain an inner strength that enables you to be and do more while also savoring every moment.

Sweet Genes Are Made of This

Imagine if your DNA was so malleable that a mere cup of tea, daily meditation, or your never-ending traffic-heavy commute could change it. A study published in the journal Human Molecular Genetics showed that tea consumption in women leads to chemical changes in genes that are known to interact with cancer and estrogen metabolism. Another...

See the Sea Glass on the Seashore?

Thirty years ago U2 released I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For from their mega album The Joshua Tree. The song is a mix of existentialism and disappointment—one looks and looks and looks—but the search is fruitless. Does this sound familiar? Are you still looking for the right relationship, the right job title, that...

Among them are death, taxes, and moments when the proverbial crap hits the fan. Franklin wrote: “Men are subject to various inconveniences merely through lack of a small share of courage, which is a quality very necessary...

Friendship, Just The Perfect Blendship

Of all the relationships in our lives, friendships bear a unique role. Friends don’t carry the complications of lovers, the politics of family, or the formalities of colleagues and acquaintances. When dark times appear you ugly cry, snot, and spit, to friends that listen compassionately. Think of the times friends stood by you when...
