Lesson 1: The Awareness Gap
- Use Awareness to identify the distractions your mind uses to keep you from really going after more in life. Things like spending time on social media, binge watching tv, gossiping, etc.
- Look at your life and see where you are using these distractions and ask yourself – what is this distracting you from? What dreams or desires have you hidden or given up on?
- Continue to be aware when these ways of being show up to identify more areas. If you notice yourself in one of these behaviors, you can also ask…is there something else I’m wanting…something that is closer to my heart’s desire?
