Happiness is an electrifying and elusive state. Philosophers, theologians, psychologists, and even economists have long sought to define the pursuit of happiness. Since the 1990s, a whole branch of psychology, called positive psychology, has been dedicated to developing our ability to cultivate joy. Happiness is a state of well-being that encompasses living a good life, one with a sense of meaning and deep contentment.
So why then, with every external comfort acquired and reaching levels of success far beyond our dreams, are we not happy? OR we are happy, but it takes a considerable amount of self-care and mental management to experience happiness? Why does happiness seem to be elusive or fleeting?
Join us as we explore the pursuit of happiness and define our unique ways of generating happiness with ease. Otherwise we are living a life of quiet desperation never feeling fully actualized, convincing ourselves if we could only do this or have that then we would be happy. Trading the experience of joy for the pursuit of it.
You have the life of your dreams. Experiencing the joy of what you have created is merely a practice. This workshop will help you identify and implement that practice.
This workshop is especially recommended for: Advancing Your Career, Finding Your Career, Finding Your Purpose, Getting Married, Overcoming Relationship Challenges and Redefining Roles and the future.
