Omakase is a Japanese phrase that means “I’ll leave it up to you”. It comes from the word meaning “to entrust”. Many things occur in our lives that we don’t know will happen until they do. We can’t predict the future. We THINK we know what’s coming, however, and we plan and organize our lives accordingly. Doing so is certainly helpful but often necessary. However, the ability to respond to what we don’t foresee with an open, eager, or curious attitude is a much-needed skill that can be practiced and developed.

Join us for a year of unpredictable experiences designed to catch you a bit off guard and lead you to delightful and satisfying results. The 2018-2019 May Year Long, “Omakase”, will be filled with profound insights and powerful “ah-ha” moments which tend to occur when we don’t see something coming. We thank you in advance for entrusting us to provide these experiences and guide you to new awareness and growth opportunities.
