Transformation: Self Management to Self Mastery
If we can change a habit in 21 days, why aren’t we all thin, rich and happy? Because unproductive habits don’t change solely out of discipline; there are three components VITAL to creating transformation: understanding our history, awareness of our present thoughts and emotions and vision of how the best of us shows up in life.
In this Year Long workshop we dive into these areas of transformation in order to truly MASTER each of them. This allows us to move from an unconscious reaction to a deliberate, conscious response. Imagine going beyond managing our reaction and reaching a point where the stimulus outside of us still occurs but we have no internal reaction to manage because we have completely TRANSFORMED the way we relate to the stimulus. We move with ease and pure creative freedom.
