Hey, I’m Lindon Austin Crow, the guy who grew up in a personal growth playground (literally—my dad founded Productive Learning). My life’s mission? Helping people take ownership of their reality, face their inner dragons, and unlock the best version of themselves. I took the scenic route—psychology degree, a one-way ticket to Ecuador, and 9,000+ hours of coaching—to get where I am today: President of Productive Learning and a guide for those ready to level up. I believe life’s a puzzle, and I thrive on helping people fit the pieces together in a way that actually works for them. So, if you’re ready to challenge assumptions, master your mindset, and create a life you love, let’s dive in—because your life is your creation!
Craziest thing you’ve ever done that pushed you out of your comfort zone?
For my 25th birthday, my wife, Cassie, told me to throw on pants and a jacket—no questions asked. Two hours later, I was 12,000 feet above Lake Elsinore, jumping out of a plane and falling at 120 mph. Nope, my wife doesn’t do boring birthdays.
What’s one moment that completely changed how you see the world?
In 2017, my wife and I welcomed our first child, Bodhi—but in a way we never expected. His heart stopped just days before birth for unknown reasons. I experienced a grief I never knew existed, but also the deepest love, the power of human support, and the unshakable truth that Cassie is the partner I want in life through every joy and every challenge.
What’s the most unusual or unexpected job you’ve ever had?
For six months, I lived and worked at an ecological lodge deep in Ecuador’s Tandayapa Valley, three hours from Quito (including five miles of dirt road—so, very off the beaten path). As a tour guide, I spent my days leading visitors through lush cloud forests, spotting hummingbirds in every color imaginable, and soaking up the kind of nature most people only see in documentaries. It was peaceful, exhilarating, and a daily reminder of how incredible this planet really is
