My journey started with a simple but powerful question: What separates those who truly excel from those who just get by? That curiosity led me through a career of coaching, creating over 100 transformational workshops, and helping nearly 6,500 people master themselves and their potential. These days, I continue guiding ambitious minds while also soaking up life’s adventures—whether that’s leading workshops, trekking the Camino de Santiago, or diving deep (literally) with my wife, Robin.
