Tiffany Ekpete joined Productive Learning as our Sales and Client Relationship Manager, and she brings more than 20 years of experience in education, partnerships and growth. She started her career as an educator and instructional leader, then spent years building partnerships with schools, districts, universities and government agencies, so she understands both what organizations need and how to turn that into programs that last.
At PL, Tiffany works with companies and organizations that want to invest in their people through our emotional intelligence, communication and leadership programs. Her favorite part of the job is watching a team walk out of a workshop talking to each other differently than when they walked in. She believes growth and impact belong together, and she brings that mindset to every partnership she builds.
What’s one thing you used to believe but completely changed your mind about?
I used to think becoming the woman I wanted to be meant eventually arriving at some finished version of myself. Now I don’t think there is one. I can be incredibly proud of who I am right now and still be becoming. I can love my life and still want more from it. I can be strong and still need people. I can change my mind, start over, outgrow things, and choose differently. I’ve stopped seeing those things as contradictions.
If you could relive one day of your life, which would it be and why?
I don’t think I’d choose one of my biggest accomplishments. I’d choose one of those deceptively ordinary days when everyone I love was okay, we were together, laughing, probably eating something good, and nobody knew we were making a memory. The older I get, the more I realize those are the days you eventually wish you could visit again. I’d want to go back just long enough to notice everything I didn’t know I should be noticing.
What’s a weird or funny habit you have that no one knows about?
I give EVERYTHING a personality. Objects. AI. Random animals. If you stay around me long enough, you will eventually receive a name, a backstory, a job title, and possibly performance feedback. There is absolutely no reason for this. It’s just how my brain works. 😂
